Returns & Refunds
Returned items will be refunded providing the items are in original condition with all the tags attached within 7 days of receipt.
Refunds will be refunded back to the same card used to make the original purchase upon nus receiving your returned items, please allow up to 7 days for the refund to be refunded back to your account.
Please note that sale items are exchange only. No refunds will be given on items purchased at sale prices.
Pre order items made to size are exchange only.
Please note when trying items on can you make sure that you do not leave perfume, deodorant or make up stains on items.
Please post back to the address below and make sure your invoice is inside the parcel, all items must be returned signed for delivery so you can track your parcel.
The items are your responsibility until they reach us.
You must send returned items signed for delivery + the cost of returning the items to us is your responsibility.
The return has to be within 7 days.
We endeavour to dispatch your goods within 2 working days by First Class Royal Mail Signed For Service.
However, some orders may be dispatched at a later date but within our 28 day delivery policy.
If, for some reason they are out of stock, we will contact you immediately to organise a replacement or back order.
If you order more than one item your delivery charges will increase with the more items you wish to order. Please bear this in mind when you place your order. If you choose the incorrect delivery charges, your order will be unavoidably delayed whist we contact you to arrange the correct postage charges. These are all direct costs to the buyer from Royal Mail.
